This is my new motorbike.  Its a Christmas present that I got early before we go on holiday.

Operation Kaukau

Dylan and I decided to check out the snow on the track up Mt Kaukau from the Woodmancote Rd entrance.

This is the bench seat approximately half way up.

Blizzard conditions at the top. With the wind chill it must have been close to -20 degrees C.

It Snowed at Home!

It got a bit chilly up our end of the street so we decided to make a snowman.

The whole street was white.

 

Mum and I made snow angels.

 Dad decided to relax on the deck.

Yellow Snow

On the last weekend of the school holidays dad took us to Ohakune. We went up to Turoa Ski Field and had a play in the snow.

Things that go Bang

On the way home from the snow we stopped at Waiouru and visited the Army Museum. It was colder than at the ski field.

Wellington Kids Magic Mile - 2011

Today we ran in the kids magic mile race. Mum and I ran together as I have a broken arm at the moment.
